The Members Annual BBQ Dinner is a much-anticipated event that brings the Clear Lake community together for an evening of great food, laughter, and connection. Hosted by the Clear Lake Property Owners Association, this gathering is open to members, their friends and family, offering a wonderful opportunity to enjoy delicious barbecue while fostering friendships within the community. Whether you’re a long-time resident or new to the area, the BBQ Dinner is a perfect chance to celebrate the spirit of Clear Lake and create lasting memories with neighbours and friends. Don’t miss this fun-filled tradition!

Details:

When: September 5th, 2026 at 5:00 pm
Where: The Cores property, 214 Churchill Gardens Drive
Cost: $20/pp for members, their friends and family, children under 12 are free.
Additional Information: The menu will consist of BBQ, appetizers and dessert! The member submitting the number of family and friends attending plus any children under 12 will pay for everyone in their group via the event RSVP form using a credit card. Should one of your party be unavailable to attend, a cash refund will be issued at the event. This event will accommodate up to 140 adult meals plus all under 12 children so book early to avoid disappointment.
