Sponsorship Application

The Clear Lake Property Owners Association is providing an ability for local business serving Clear Lake and area members to advertise their businesses and services. Upon application acceptance, your logo will be displayed together with other advertisers on a revolving banner that runs on each page of our website. By providing your URL address, we will create a process by which a person clicking on your ad, will be taken off our site and to yours.

The sponsorship fee is an annual cost that can renew on the anniversary of your application payment. If not renewed, your ad will be discontinued and must be resubmitted. If your application is deemed unacceptable for any reason, your application fee will be refunded. (see terms of use below)

    Please upload an image of your logo (less than 5mb). Preferred formats are png or jpg. This will be used on our website.

Terms of Use 

CLPOA reserves the right to refuse or remove any advertisement it deems, in its sole discretion, to be inappropriate, that infringes on the proprietary or intellectual property rights of a third-party, including but not limited to infringement of copyrights, trademarks, or trade names, or that does not conform to its graphic specifications, provided that upon such refusal or removal, CLPOA will refund any payment received in respect of such refused or removed advertisement.  CLPOA will not accept any advertisement (including any material users can link through the advertisement) that includes pornography, violence, hate or that is defamatory towards any person (this is not an exhaustive list). The advertiser is solely responsible for any legal liability arising out of or relating to the advertisement and/or any material users can link through the advertisement. Advertiser represents and warrants to CLPOA and its members that is holds the necessary rights to permit the use of the advertisement and that is does not violate any rights of third parties, including but not limited to infringement or misappropriation of copyrights, trademarks, or trade names. Advertiser agrees to indemnify CLPOA and its members for any claim, liability, damage, or loss arising out of or related to any breach of the foregoing representations and warranties.
