About Us

The Clear Lake Property Owners Association (CLPOA) was established to serve as the collective voice for property owners around Clear Lake. Our mission is to protect and enhance the quality of life in and around the lake through advocacy, education, and community initiatives.

Our elected Board of Directors works on behalf of members to maintain strong connections with the Township of Perry and other organizations that influence the well-being of Clear Lake and its residents.

Major Initiatives:

Water Quality Program

CLPOA volunteers collect water samples from multiple locations around Clear Lake to monitor E. coli levels, phosphorus, and other indicators of water health. These tests help ensure safe recreational use and track any changes in the lake’s ecosystem.

Shoreline Stewardship

The CLPOA encourages members to preserve and re-naturalise their shorelines to support a healthy lake ecosystem. Through education and community recognition, we promote the importance of maintaining natural buffers along the lakefront.

Community Engagement and Education

Keeping members informed is a top priority. The CLPOA regularly shares updates through newsletters, email communications, and resources on our website, ensuring members stay connected and aware of important initiatives.

Membership is vital to the success of our efforts. By joining the CLPOA, you contribute to preserving Clear Lake for future generations.
