New Website and Registration Process
Since launching our new website and sending an invitation to all 2024 active member emails on file, we have experienced a 50% registration and renewal rate since March 8th. To those that have taken action, thank you. We have also heard from a few members that they did not receive our original email and as such have tried to understand the reasons for this. Here is a summary of what might be causing the issue.
- Members have changed their email address and no longer check the old one we have on file.
- A member’s email inbox may be full and unable to accept our message. As a result, the email we distributed bounced and is not visible.
- Our original email from info@clearlakepropertyowners.com may not have been recognized by your email provider and therefore our communication ended up in your spam folder.
